Shipping & Delivery
Delivery through our couriers is available Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). Your orders will be dispatched with DPD or WT (part of UPS) to the address provided by you, following receipt of payment. You will receive a notification email once your parcel has been sent and expect to receive your order on the next day for UK mainland, and within 2-4 working days for outside UK.
Our courier will deliver your parcel between 8am and 5.30 pm. unfortunately we can not give you more specific time. You will be required to sign for the goods. If you are unable to do so driver will leave you a card telling you how to re-arrange your delivery. For your convenience we recommend you use a day time address.

Returns & Replacements
We understand that judging your size can be difficult that's why we offer you a full refund of FREE exchange for unworn items returned to us within 14 working days in their original package. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or style, simply fill in the details of the exchange item on the return form provided with your order. As soon as we receive your return we will process the exchange and send your new item free of posting charge. If the amount of returned item is less than the item you wish to exchange it for we will charge your card for the difference. As we don't keep your card details on our system one of our Customer Servise Advisor will contact you to complete the transaction. Please do not include any cheques in your return. If the amount of teh item/s we exchange is less than the one you are returning, the difference will be promptly refunded to you card. In case the item you wish is out of stock we will contact you and advice for other options.
Please use the address provided with your delivery note and to improve our service mark the reason for return. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Refund on purchased items will only be paid onc ewe receive and have accepted the condition of teh product/s returned. Postage is non-refundable.
Ordering
All products on the website are subject to availability and all orders placed are subject to acceptance by Medici Limited. In a rare event of item being sold out we will notify you by email or phone about estimated delivery date or suggest an alternative product for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to split orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
The customer is responsible that information provided to us such as address, personal details, delivery address and method of payment are true and accurate. Any changes to provided details must be notified immediately by email info@mediciboutique.com or telephone +44 (0) 207 436 2882.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
When checking out with your shopping you will be given a choice of how to pay. We accept all major credit/debit card and the transaction is securely processed with SagePay which also require to verify billing address details. SagePay is one of the UK's fastest growing secure payment service provider. We makes sure that your payment is processed with minimum fuss and maximum security. We also accept telephone orders so you could simply call our centre on +44(0) 207 436 2882 and complete the transaction over the phone.
We make every effort to ensure our prices are correct, however sometimes errors happen. Where an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to withdraw that item from sale (for 24hrs) and relist at the correct price.
All the prices on MediciBoutique.com include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Sometimes we will put certain products on promotion. This means that for a limited time or under certain conditions the price will be reduced. Once the promotion period has ended or the offer has been removed, the prices will return to the previous selling price.
